Named in honour of Saint Florian, the patron saint of firefighters, Florian Park Playground celebrates the importance of fire safety while providing an exciting destination for families. Its unique theme creates opportunities for children and adults to learn about fire safety through play and conversation. Most importantly, the playground offers a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can climb, explore, imagine, and enjoy hours of outdoor fun, making Florian Park a standout community playground for families of all ages.

Families can enjoy a variety of exciting playground amenities, including a rope merry-go-round spinner, bucket spinner, and a fun playhouse for imaginative adventures. Nearby benches offer a comfortable place to relax while children play, and convenient access is available from the surrounding trail network. Visitors can park in the nearby school parking lot (when available) or on adjacent streets. The playground is finished with engineered wood fibre surfacing, creating a safe and accessible play environment for the community.
